Lebanese-born Anthropologist Mona Chaaban brought the Middle Eastern experience to Vancouver. She came with a love of her culture, and a strong pride in her Lebanese background. She was able to incorporate her
spacious yet cozy, traditional yet mysterious restaurant onto Hornby Street in Vancouver.
Upon entering, you may sit under the romantic organza tents, close your eyes and listen to the subtle sound of the waterfall, and of course, a wide range of international music.
Lemons, extra virgin olive oil, chick peas, yogurt-kebabs, vegetarian dishes, prawns,
chicken and lamb -enough to make any month water with delight. For a real Lebanese experience, ask for a shot of
Arak, a traditional
drink.
Relax in a unique and tranquil garden setting complete with our beautiful art display.
Every Fridays and
Saturdays, enjoy the
enchantment of the belly
dance performances, live
DJ and live Arabic music.
Mona's proudly brings Lebanese culture to Vancouver. You are invited to come and experience
the Lebanese hospitality in Mona's warm and comfortable atmosphere.
Voted best Lebanese cuisine in Vancouver since we've opened!
